** If you placed an order for custom imprinted items other than custom lanyards, please email your artwork/logo and imprint requirements to 1888_customerservice@1888lanyard.com. Please also include your name (company name if applicable), order number and order date to allow us to match your artwork to your order. A digital proof will be emailed to you within 24 hours of receipt, for your review and approval. Production will begin ONLY after we have your final approval. Depending on quantity and imprint complexity, your custom order will generally ship in about 7 business days after artwork approval. Shipping lead time depends on your chosen freight method and physical location from our factory/warehouse.
